1. 01 すべての行動に理念を持ちましょう Have vision in all that you do.
2. 02 失敗を恐れずに挑戦しましょう Never be afraid of failure.
3. 03 仕事を面白くするのは自分自身です It is you who can make the best out of your work.
4. 04 基本は全部自分の責任です。人のせいにはしない姿勢を持ちましょう Take responsibility. Do not blame others when things go wrong.
5. 05 どんな仕事でも自分の成長とチームメンバーの成長を考えましょう Think of how you and your team members can grow in any project.
6. 06 「言われたとおりにやる」は不正解です。自分なりの+アルファを探しましょう Make the best out of what is given to you. Come up with your own original ideas.
7. 07 あなたがプロジェクトのリーダーでなくても、あなたがリーダーシップをとるべき仕事があります Your leadership is important even when you are not the leader.
8. 08 どんなときもプレゼンテーション。雑談以外はプレゼンをする気持ちで臨みましょう Except you are chit-chatting, you are always giving a presentation.
9. 09 人によって、また時によって言うことや判断が違います。でも本質は一緒です What you see and hear depends on your situation. Always see through to the essence of matter.
10. 10 面白ければ認められるときが多々あります。アイデアの精度よりは、どのくらいみんなを巻き込めるかが重要です Interesting ideas are important. But what matters more is how many people can the idea attract.
11. 11 社会人としての常識は自分自身で責任をもって学びましょう Learn the basics of what you are expected to know as a member of society.
12. 12 何度でもチャンスをもらえる会社です。その代わり、できないことはできないと認めましょう You are given as many chances as you wish. But always acknowledge there is something you cannot do.
13. 13 メールを送っただけでは伝えたことにはなりません。大切なことは直接もしくは電話でコミュニケーションをとることです Sending an e-mail may not be enough. Value face-to-face communication.
14. 14 やりたいことだけをやるのではなく、やりたいことを達成するために積み上げるべきものがあることを知りましょう Work on skills and knowledge that may not be directly related to your sphere.
    Taking a long but steady road will lead you to where you want to be.
15. 15 常に世界を変えることを考え続け、学び続けましょう。 Never stop learning and always keep trying to change the world.
